My name is Kendria and I am the owner of Ken. Vernice.

I didn't start my brand because I loved fashion....

I started it because, at one point, I looked at my life and realized… I didn't recognize myself anymore. I used to be super creative, outgoing, always putting outfits together, Full of laughs and smiles. I just knew who I was.

Then I went through something that slowly changed me. And before I knew it, my life became:

Wake up. Work. Go home. Sleep.

Repeat.

Everything felt… bland.

And the scary part was, I had gotten so used to it that it started feeling normal. Eventually, I started asking myself, “Where did I go and who am I?”

So little by little, I started finding her again. Through my faith. Through clothes clothes. Music. Creativity. Trying things. And somewhere in that process, Ken. Vernice was born.

I created it as a world for people who never want to lose themselves to the routine of life. That's why you'll see pieces of the past and the '90s throughout the brand, but nostalgia isn't really the point.

The point is to remind you to be here now. Be curious. Be yourself. Break the routine because life isn't something you're supposed to just get through. You're supposed to live it.

This is not a brand. It's a world of people who refuse to settle, let life take away their light, and stay stagnant.
